A little about me...

There are many events in my life that led me down the path to Craniosacral Therapy. I believe my journey to my work began from my own birth experience and childhood. I started my business as a birth doula and with the desire to provide non-judgemental support to women in an effort for them to feel empowered by their decisions around their bodies. It has led me to work with individuals and couples pre-conception through parenting for over a decade. I truly believe that if we want to make a positive change for our future we must start with how we conceive, connect to and birth our children.

My practice organically grew outside of conception, pregnancy and birth. I began working with individuals experiencing all sorts of symptoms, from headaches, to trouble sleeping, shoulder pain, past traumas and nervous system dysregulation. A couple years after becoming a Registered Certified Craniosacral Therapist I had the privilege to help tend to my husband’s grandmother at the end of her life. As I sat holding her feet for a Craniosacral session I had the overwhelming sense that I needed to also support souls leaving this world. I had no idea what that would lead to. Since then I have supported my Mom and best friend in their transitions out of this physical world. Sitting besides those at the portals of life and death is a sacred honor.

Craniosacral Therapy is subtle, quiet bodywork, yet it is so powerful. It is a gift to witness an individual’s innate wisdom and healing. To offer this type of support is truly my soul’s purpose. Joining individuals on their transformative journey is a privilege that I am honored to be a part of.

The sessions I offer are a culmination of everything I have learned. The mind, body and spirit are connected, which is why I address all three aspects when working with an individual. I strive to create fluidity in my sessions to meet the unique needs of you as an individual.
