Sunday Funday: Backyard Workout

Here's a little backyard workout I did this morning. If you don't have equipment that's fine! Get creative or just use body weight. Whatever you choose to do set your intention on your breath and go for quality movements.

Warm up with:

Sun Salutation A

5 (on each side) Functional Progression 1 & Functional Progression 2

10 Glute Bridges Any variation...I did banded

4 Rounds, 10 Reps:

10 Wall Angels

10 Dumbbell Bench Press

15 min EMOM (every minute on the minute):

Minute 1, 4, 7, 10, 13:  10 Banded Good mornings

Minute 2, 5, 8, 11, 14:  5 Dumbbell Windmills (on each side)

Minute 3, 6, 9, 12, 15:  5 Bulgarian Split Squats (on each side)
